Never and I repeat never do business with Nouveau Spa. I bought my girlfriend a $200 gift card for Mother’s Day. They have a $65 package going on right now that she wants but they refuse to give it to her off the card and will not refund the money. I’ve called and asked myself and told them I will be posting this. To me this constitutes fraud. Their policies are a joke and they do not deserve anyone’s business. This place is awesome � from the time I walked through the door I was greeted & welcomed by so many great employees. I couldn’t have asked for better service. I got the full body massage and I must say the therapist did an awesome job. I will most definitely be visiting again and also recommending. Thanks!!
First time visit a couple of months ago. They were able to get me in same day, even for highlights. Taylor/Tyler (sorry I can’t remember!) was awesome and I’ll definitely go back.

Everyone was wonderful. Karis is great with sciatic issues, my back feels so much better! Enjoyed my 'Day Ritual' immensely. Beautiful place and lunch was delicious.
