I purchased a gift certificate for my mother to get a massage not knowing that when you paid in advance (my credit card was charged!), the services would expire. When she called to schedule the appointment, she was told they wouldn't extend the dates and was very rude about it.
It was refreshing and I really enjoy the people that work there too.
Karen is a total professional! She was sweet and friendly and did a fantastic job. Great first experience at the salon.

They ruined my hair causing damage to my scalp and breakage. Oh and they had be buying some shampoo that cost $33 as well. All they care about is money I would go there if you are African American. S.Wilson Mobile, Al
