Service was okay, but pricing/cost is outrageous! I would NOT recommend using their services. Company buys “computer” to do diagnostics. Writes off full expense. Then charges you $175 for 5-15 minutes… after already inflating the cost of other services. Robbery.
Service advisor Joshua was wonderful. This was our 1st service at this dealership. Gas leak on our 2004 Honda CRV, was told it would be about a week to get the part in, to our surprise it arrived early and the car was completely done 3 days earlier than expected. We will be returning for oil changes and tire rotation in the future .
If you know nothing about vehicles, do not I repeat do not take your vehicle here for service they will rake you over the coals, and assume you know nothing, meanwhile leaving your vehicle in worse shape than when you got there. I showed up for routine maintenance on a 2020 Honda pilot, timing belt, water pump, transmission oil changed, and spark plugs.
