If you know nothing about vehicles, do not I repeat do not take your vehicle here for service they will rake you over the coals, and assume you know nothing, meanwhile leaving your vehicle in worse shape than when you got there. I showed up for routine maintenance on a 2020 Honda pilot, timing belt, water pump, transmission oil changed, and spark plugs. 2020 Honda civic sport still under manufactured warranty. I scheduled appointment, took vehicle in. I was talked into signing a contract. My understanding if by chance it was something do to neglect I would be entitled to pay $150.00. That would be the max out of pocket money to be fixed. I leave the car, they call me back within 1/2 hr and tell me it's my condenser and would cost $1,400 to fix it. I told em I didn't have the money at the moment. I go straight back to pick the car up and they charge me a $150.00. for looking... read more
