I had several billing questions that my insurance provider simply could not answer. not only did Ericka answer almost all of my questions, she was efficient and empathized with my situation. dr nourmand and her staff are the best human beings *;-)

Dr. Nourmand is a great listener and takes great care of me. She's been known to personally call to check up on me in the past.
