Eva is very tuned into her clients. She evaluates the aptitude levels and gears the practices accordingly. Eva is the consummate professional and communicates well with clients and proprietors of the venues where she is practicing. Her cues are accurate and her classes flow smoothly. Eva is constantly educating herself to improve and innovate her classes.
As someone who’s practiced Yoga for 35 years or more and had quite a number of different instructors I can say that Eva’s particular style of teaching is what feels most comfortable for me. I find her to be warm & welcoming to everyone who joins her classes. She is knowledgeable & accommodating to all of her students individual needs.
