I cannot recommend Kylie and Victoria enough!!!! I have been seeing Kylie before she started Nourish and followed her because she has changed my life and I make osteo part of my monthly care routine. I struggled with sciatica my entire life and Kylie got rid of it in just one treatment. They have helped me with so many body pains over the years and have helped me get back on my feet or stay running at peak performance as my body always seems to be twisting weirdly. They are the best and I highly recommend.

My experience here with a yoga class and with a short massage were both wonderful. Each experience included a 1:1 consultation with the practitioner (to check on injuries for yoga and for pain points/concerns for the massage). I discovered Nourish Osteo 2 years ago when I was struggling to support my 7yo daughter with Dowb Syndrome who had "behavior" issues at school (think pinching, hair pulling). I was at my wits end until a friend suggested finding an osteopath. The experience has been a game changer! Kylie and her team are amazing! They are so attentive and attuned to their patients.
