I’ve been going to Nourish Lagree for the past 5 months, and although it’s hands down the hardest workout I’ve ever done, it has also been incredibly empowering. Every instructor is amazing—supportive, encouraging, welcoming, and always ready to challenge you. I leave each class feeling stronger both mentally and physically. The studio itself is warm, inviting, and makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. I highly recommend!
Decided to ditch the weights and try something new. Took my first Lagree class here and, as a guy, I was mildly terrified (your boy is neither flexible nor light on his feet). The second I walked in, though, I was greeted by the super friendly staff and ownership, so I immediately felt at ease. Incredibly bold of a studio that has a whole day of classes listed on classpass, to say that my reservation is not good enough, and that I need to cancel... Hello, the whole day is listed as available. It is on the studio to take classes down that they want as drop-in only. Rude email, and then I was told "this is why we are leaving classpass". Okay great, but instead of completely ruining a first-time's visitor's experience, maybe you problem solve on your end, and work with the person that booked the class. Really poor beh... read more
