I had an amazing experience with Monique. The dermabrasion facial and red light therapy was so relaxing, and the massage was absolutely beautiful — the perfect way to unwind and pamper myself. The products smelled amazing, with gorgeous scents that made the whole experience feel extra luxurious. My skin felt refreshed and rejuvenated afterwards, and I left feeling relaxed, glowing, and thoroughly spoilt. I would highly recommend this treatment to anyone looking for a little self-care and indulgence!
Monique is so wonderful and very gifted! I have had health troubles since 2009, and since then have seen multiple practitioners including many specialists. I have been told by one specialist that I needed to stop running as this could be contributing to making me ill; I have been told by a nurse that it was all in my head and to stop worrying. Monique has ordered tests, patiently explained the results, and skilfully set out a plan to help restore me to full health again. Thank you soo much, Monique, you are amazing!!

I had a facial at Nourish and enjoyed every minute! I Monique is friendly , professional , very knowledgeable & has great attention to detail. I felt very comfortable, everything was clean & beautifully presented. I would highly recommend her services.
Monique took such great care of me. The room, bed and atmosphere is very calming. You can tell that all the natural products she uses are carefully selected. I had the sculpting lifting facial and it was such a wonderful experience, my skin is still looking fabulous days afterward. Looking forward to coming again soon!
