I usually do not leave reviews but I will. Found Nourished Strands on google and decided to give it a try. Emma was very accommodating, very professional and her customer service was on point. Walked me through whatever she was doing. Asked questions to better understand my needs, and had a clean space. Was a great experience for me and would definitely recommend.
I was introduced to Emma from my previous stylist who no longer services the DFW area. I was saddened to lose her as a stylist but God was gracious to enough to give me a sweet and compassionate jewel like Emma in her place. Like my previous stylist, Emma is very passionate and knowledgeable about her craft. She ensures that her clients are knowledgeable about their hair, any concerns and how to care for those concerns. Very professional.She explain the products she uses and explain what the treatment does for your hair.Very funny thing I have breakage.Today I worked a 8 Hour shift. Not one strand was found on my clothing.I went to her shop yesterday around 5 pm. LoL I'm very impressed and that's something I thought I would have never had said! So I say please give her a chance to prove that she can get your hair healthy!
