I couldn't recommend Nourish highly enough. Every doctor I have worked with has shown me genuine care and compassion. Their work has been so crucial to my overall health and well-being throughout pregnancy and after. Both of my daughters have also been seen regularly (newborn and 3) and have greatly benefited from their adjustments. I'm so glad I have found a place with doctors I trust and respect!

I started bringing my daughter to Nourish in July for her tongue and lip ties. The chiropractors and staff are so warm and friendly and so very knowledgeable. The chiros take time to listen and offer solutions to any questions and are so sweet and wonderful to my baby. <3

Dr. Berg helped us avoid having to get tubes put in our son's ears after having chronic fluid in his ears with some mild hearing loss! I am so grateful for her knowledge and support and happy to report the fluid is gone and his hearing has been restored! PTL <3
We were referred to Nourish after finding out our newborn had a severe lip tie & mild tongue tie. They were absolutely instrumental in helping with his recovery. We went often after his revision and I truly don’t think our breastfeeding journey would be where it is now without their knowledge and expertise. It was so much more than just a chiropractic adjustment. We now go monthly for maintenance and my little guy is all smiles when he sees Dr. Kelsey Metz. We are so thankful for the nourish family!!
I have been seeing Dr. Kelsey for close to 3 years and have always thought she was amazing, very attentive and knowledgeable. Recently I started to work with her on nutrition and while I knew something was up I never imagined I would have results I did. I wish I would have come here sooner. It’s great! What I have notices since seeing Dr. Berg is my pain has decreased and my need for muscle relaxers has also decreased. Self care is so important and this place makes it so easy to get the care you need especially as a mom. I highly recommend it!
