I'm not Vegan, but I try to eat gluten and dairy free which is difficult. Nourish is amazing! It's the perfect way for me to get a variety of great vegetables in my diet. I am super busy, and rarely have time to cook so this food is perfect. Even my picky daughter is enjoying the food!
