I had a very disappointing experience at this jewelry store. The pricing was unfair and unpredictable, and the owner was rude and dismissive when I questioned it, simply saying, “It is what it is, you can go somewhere else.” He also plays pricing games—if you leave and come back, the price increases, putting you in a position where you either buy immediately or risk paying more later. I purchased an 18-karat gold necklace from Noor Jewelry located in Lonsdale, North Vancouver. Unfortunately, within one month, the necklace began to fall apart and break, despite very minimal use. When I returned to the store and explained the issue, I was met with no support or solution from the owner.
