I had a problem with my AC. It was terribly hot and it was 4:45. I called Trey the owner and told him about the problem. I knew it was getting close to closing time for him and was waiting for the - “I can help you tomorrow!” But Trey said come on by we will wait for you!!! He fixed my AC and got me back on the road! Trey - you are the Man! My family really appreciated you! Taking care of the customer, going the extra mile and doing it with a smile! Nott’s is my new Auto Care Center!!!!! Thanks

Great service and friendly staff! Notts has always been a great place to bring my car. They’re even giving free oil changes to healthcare workers/first responders during this time and threw in some free TP!
We had a front headlight bulb blowout and they helped us right away. If we have any other Automotive needs while we are visiting Sarasota I will be returning to Nott's Automotive. Very nice people.
I now love getting my oil change. They are so honest and accommodating. My car drives great after they have had it.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. MARK (front desk) is the man! Super helpful, encouraging, and kind. Was super impressed how they use technology to actually SHOW ME what's going on with my car so I knew I could trust what recommendations they made to me. Could not recommend them ENOUGH!
