We are purchasing a new build home in this community, and we will be posting ongoing reviews as we move through the construction of our home. Regrettably, Pulte does not offer a customer option for a better vapor barrier from a traditional builder grade 6 mil to either an 10-15 mil under slab foundation barrier as a way to improve on advanced energy standards.
Excellent service from salesperson Dana Levins. Excellent backup pitch in by assistant construction manager Ben Nero. Community and residents very welcoming. Some of the construction workmanship and follow up could have been/be a good deal better..
Dana was simply outstanding in every respect! Our home is extraordinary, thanks to all, including Brian, Ben, and Travis. Everyone has a tremendous work ethic, and the Pulte process was wonderful, from start to finish! We keep saying over and over that our house is as perfect and pristine as it gets, starting with the brilliant floor plan. It is absolutely gorgeous.
Great building experience so far...hope to close on my new home in a few weeks!
