I lived at Nottingham towers for three years, and am honestly debating going back. I found the superintendent, John, to always be on top of things, and professional in his mannerisms. The cleaning staff were very friendly, and did a great job. I felt this building was very clean , and well maintained. There are always going to be people who are gross, and bring bedbugs into the apartments, but I never had a single issue with that. I have lived here 3 years and it has been the best experience. The cleaner Joan is a delight and the super is extremely polite and attends to any issues I've had while living there with my 2 kids.
Terrible Experience — Stay Away! I was an international student and lived in these apartments for over two years. My experience was extremely disappointing. The rent is overpriced, and on top of that, we had to pay $40/month for parking — even visitor parking was paid. The property manager, "John," was the worst part of it all. He was consistently rude and unprofessional. four times, he forcefully and without any notice entered our apartment at midnight, claiming it was an "emergency" due to water leakage.
