Edit: The property manager is leaving false positive reviews if that tells you anything Do not rent here! I broke my lease after 9 months because of non stop problems. I was bombarded with mice, roaches, lack of hot water twice for a total of 3 weeks, and other problems. The final straw was the lack of communication from management. I lived in 702 apt 5A, some of my statements will be relative to living in this unit. CONS (this is probably why you clicked on reviews) - Property management is an utter joke. Donte Spriggs is unprofessional, inefficient, snarky, and has poor communication skills. He claims to have a lot of years of experience in the field, but surely doesn’t act like it. New Management Donte was Very Helpful with My Move in. I Appreciate his patience with me while I was going through a difficult time towards my move in date. He Made me Feel Safe and Welcomed in the Complex. I’m thankful there are still Good People in this World. For Real LoL
I gave one star for the location (it's convenient) and one star for the price (my rent is affordable and includes most utilities). Other than that, my experience at Nottingham South Apartments has been disappointing. I've dealt with a variety of different issues in my short time here. I frequently see suspicious people and cars parked without a permit on the property. There's illegal dumping going on, and trash piles up to the point where it overflows or flies around sometimes.
