I live here and it is a nice place, they are working on updating the older apartments.
The staff is nice and it is quite for the area it is located. Close to many stores, restaurants and the University.
Everything is changing & improving! The staff is trying our hardest to improve! We ask that residents step up & take their part in helping the community.. Nottingham, our home!
This is the worst place I have ever lived. I would run far far away!
A lesson in parking is needed....
I live here now and the noise is horrible. People are rude as can be! And neighbors blaring their music until 4AM or so on week days! Cops always being called, shootings and stealing.
Watch out for pot holes! Also, their balconies are falling apart.
