Great location! We loved these apartments. We were within 2 miles from just about everything in town. The price was decent and the size of the apartments was awesome. The 3 bedroom was close, if not more than 1500 sq ft. Which is comfy for an apartment. There are two pools and friendly service from the office.
There is no maintance, there have been 4 different guys that have come out to my apartment none of them completed the job. No responsibility from the company , no management. I have photos i have to empty 2 buckets of water every other day due to leaks. floorboards coming up, light fixtures with no covers, graffiti on the walls. This place is a dump, please do yourself a favor and don't move here it is horrible.
This place does not respond to for maintenance calls, there number does not even allow you to leave a message they used Covid as an excuse not to even be in the office or answer calls.
