Avoid this place at all costs! The parking situation is terrible. If you don’t use garage parking, don’t plan on parking in front of your unit as someone will likely already be parked there. No assigned parking whatsoever. My unit was in building 158 Villa Di Este, and it was infested with roaches since moving in. No treatment seemed to work, and the horrible property management company (Gates Realty Group) could not have a cared less. BUYERS BEWARE: $900 MONTHLY HOA FEE The community is safe and in an excellent location, those are the only pros about this place. The HOA management has changed several times in the years I have had the misfortune of living here, and they keep inheriting the same issues without doing anything to fix them, hence why some of us are paying over $900 in HOA fees ON TOP OF OUR MORTGAGES.
