My wife has had an account at this location for many years. Lately she just wasn't remembering things like she once did. Because she didn't know what was going on with the checking account, I decided to go to the bank to see what was going on with the account. At the bank I discovered there was a negative balance of around $900. I ask the Rep why and she explained that there was insufficient funds that they had paid . Use to be a great branch. Now when I call no one answers the phone or returns calls. And can someone tell me why when I call I have to listen to the message in English and Spanish? There is no option not to listen to the Spanish! The other branches are not doing this and I find it very time! consuming and wrong
