I can never get a hold of a real person and emailed the back and never get a response. I waited 3 months to get a new card.

Just joined the NDFCU yesterday. I did make an appointment with no trouble and spent at least 1/2 hour with Kris (assistant branch manager). Leaving Everwise due to their horrible service since buying out Teacher's Credit Union (where we banked for 30+ years with no issues). Kris was incredibly pleasant during our time together and told me about all the options I had when joining. I was so impressed after the poor service we have been receiving down the street.
