The last 2 years this place gone completely downhill. Customer service is worse than any other bank I’ve used. They rarely ever call back and stop answering phones around 4pm. Going to reach out for regional support. This is ridiculous. Never received a call today like I was told.. once again. Called all the branches multiple times again no answer. What a joke
Wow the reviews don't match the experience. Rude and not accommodating. Very unfriendly experience.
Pisses me off how they say they close at 6 and I get here at 5:40 and nobody is here Ireland branch mayflower branches
Normally a short waiting time before seen, the staff do well to get you in and out in a jiffy
