My review is not based on my care but the office staff handling insurance and appointments. Scheduled my visit without informing me of anything to do with insurance. It wasn’t until my third appointment that I was notified I had a balance that was owed before I could see my psychiatrist.
Im giving this place a one star mostly because of Lily, the office manager, although the entire practice is a mess. Lily does not run insurance when supposed to, cancels visits without notifying you, and will lie about communications. Lily alone has caused me tons of stress just due to her not doing her job to the best of her ability.
