So they don't check you in on time or answer the phone when calling to pay co pays or check in yourself instead of waiting for the text to start your appointment. They have been causing my appointments to be late more often.
Update 10.15.24: They called me an hour before my appointment to collect my coinsurance. My appointment came and went with no link and no call from the provider. This is the second appointment my provider has been late to/missed. Very unprofessional that they can collect my money, but not make the appointment on time. I have to set aside my time and work out logistics, and dealing with my anxiety, this level of uncertainty does not help my situation. Please don’t take your child here! They never answer the phone. They will charge you for no reason and send you letters years later stating you owe money. The place is a complete scam. Please don’t waste your time here with your child. They should be shut down.
