This property still owed me a $500 deposit. These guys are property scammers and rent fraudsters. First they named the place Notre Dame Apts to mislead unsuspecting tenants to believe its affiliated with the University. We ( family of four) moved into a 2-bed Basement Apartment 1A of 832 N Notre Dame Ave) at this complex on the 10th of August 2018, when my wife and I started our graduate degree programs at the University of Notre Dame. Chris and Molly have been incredible always quick to respond, super kind, and genuinely invested in making sure everything goes smoothly. Anytime I had a question or a small maintenance thing, they were on it right away and followed up just to make sure it got handled. I’d absolutely recommend Irish Gold Management to anyone looking for a great place to live.
