I lived in the Colfax units, I loved being downtown. I had just graduated, had no car or furniture so I appreciated the furnished Unit. Molly was always very attentive, and the work orders submitted were very promptly fixed! I did complain a bit about the trash but that was mostly because the other tenants didn’t take it out! This property still owed me a $500 deposit. These guys are property scammers and rent fraudsters. First they named the place Notre Dame Apts to mislead unsuspecting tenants to believe its affiliated with the University. We ( family of four) moved into a 2-bed Basement Apartment 1A of 832 N Notre Dame Ave) at this complex on the 10th of August 2018, when my wife and I started our graduate degree programs at the University of Notre Dame.
