The Pig Fries disappeared faster than we were able to take a picture. It was so delicious! The portion size was good and the flavor was amazing! We tried the food truck at the Lincoln BBQ festival, looking forward to trying out the restaurant next time we are in town.

Just had the most amazing barbecue at our wedding! I cannot thank Seth and his team enough, they have been so amazing to work with the past few months to get everything in place! I was so excited I had extra plates of food to save for myself! Truly the most tender brisket and pulled pork I've ever had. I will be recommending them to everyone! Highly encourage having them cater your next event!
