I've never done martial arts so I was apprehensive to try at first, but the coaches and the team here are so welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful and everyone has been super patient with me while I learn at my own pace... now I'm totally addicted! Every week I am making new friends, learning new skills and getting fitter than ever - and having a great time!!
