I have really enjoyed living here over the past 14 months. The staff is incredible & the amenities are top notch. In a great location and I would recommend to anyone considering moving here!
Had a tour and visit with LaMarr Burns. He was informative, professional, and very kind. In our follow up conversations, he's been very accommodating and I am excited to get my application in. What sold me was the attention to detail that the management had here as well as the clear efforts to cultivate an active and engaged community. Almost everyone we ran into, from other tenants to staff members greeted us as we walked through the property. 5/5
When I tell you that this is one of the top notch exquisite places to live, I mean just that. Lets start with the staff 10's across the board! Nekia and Ahmad are some of the best property managers I have ever worked with. Their professionalism and dedication to serving their customers is Top Tier! I moved in December 2024 and the quality of the service has remained the same over these past months. I highly recommend them to help you find a place where you feel valued and appreciated!
I used to live there and let me say they are very very unresponsive. When I told them I was moving out they never responded and I had to show email proof of me saying it for them to finally answer me. I sent them countless of emails about getting my security deposit back at the end of my lease and still haven’t gotten it. I moved out in June 2024 BTW!! They will be nice to you when touring, but once you move in it’s like you don’t exist. Would also love if they’d send my mail that is sent there to my new address or at least ... read more
