Stopped in the middle of the tour to leave. Leasing agent was extremely rude and dismissive. She acted as if she didn’t want to be giving the tour in the first place. If that’s how they act during the tour, imagine what it’s like when you move in.
We toured with Kim and she was great. Kim and Ahmad were the people who helped us get everything we need to be situated in our apartment. They are both friendly and kind. We've only lived here for a few months and already feel comfortable calling Notion our home. We enjoy the location being close to everything!
My parent lives here and while the aesthetic of the apartment is decent & location is convenient, their experience with the leasing office has been stressful. Also, there’s no security. The sound insulation within the walls and ceilings/floors are POORLY constructed. Parent is constantly disrupted during sleep (especially in the early AM) and even throughout the day (work from home pretty much all day) by the steps/stomping, dropping, slamming, constant movement of the upstairs neighbors. Lamar was great, other leasing staff :/.... Complex seems to be in a great location and is nicely built!
I have really enjoyed living here over the past 14 months. The staff is incredible & the amenities are top notch. In a great location and I would recommend to anyone considering moving here!
