Took a tour at Notion this past weekend and from when we first walked it, we were greeted with som much hospitality. We talked with Nekia and she was very informative and honest and what we could expect if we decided to live at Notion. Definitely an amazing experience and I’m looking forward to calling this place home!
I just left a tour led by Nekia, and it was nothing short of amazing! She was knowledgeable, informative, and quick to respond to every question I had. I also watched the office team gracefully correct a minor issue that wasn’t even their responsibility — they handled it with ease and professionalism. The ambiance is beyond tasteful, and so is the team! Their professionalism wasn’t just in what they said, but in how they represented the property overall. This place is starting to get a little ridiculous when it comes to dog poop and pee. I've been living here for almost 3 years and never seen this problem until now. I'm not sure who they just let move in with a dog but not picking up your dog poop in the walkway is unacceptable. 3rd floor by the elevator there were poop and pee on multiple occasions. We are tracking this mess inside our homes. Also if they are picking up the poop they are leaving the bags around instead of throwing them in the trash. Nice place but starting ... read more
My experience here as a resident has been top tier. I came in to tour off of a whim. I happened to be at Publix across the street and decided to come in to tour. I was already planning to move to another apartment but Makhai’s customer service was 10/10. He’s the reason I changed my mind and moved to Notion and it was the best decision ever. Nekia is also very helpful and kind when I need assistance (especially with my packages) I’ve since renewed my lease and love living at notion. When I am home the gym is my favorite spac... read more
I have been living here almost a year and just renewed. Having lived in Atlanta and being to my friend’s apartments and hearing their issues, this place is non- comparable. Top notch maintenance and cleaning crew. Nice Notion Staff that are helpful. Gym and pool are great. My friends and family are always commenting on how nice the interior is also (lobby, study rooms, artwork etc)!
