Jerry Notini Kolniak and his brother Ronnie and their father Stanley started the Italian restaurant. Not the best, but not the worst. I used to go to Notinis every Wednesday for their special. They have gotten lax on the quality and have gone up on the price for the "Special." Try it for yourself...
Great Family Italian Restaurant Typical Italian fare in a great family atmosphere. Great prices and generous portions. The cheesecakes are absolutely to die for, my favorite being their butterscotch cheesecake. They are nearly frozen, so it is like eating icecream!!!!
Great Italian! This place is great. You can buy a childs plate of spagetti with sauce and be full. The homemade sauce is delicious and you can also have the best garlic bread and salads. Notinis is located next door to Bossier Mall and it has a lot to offer at a low price. You've got to try their mint tea..its the best. Notininis also offers pizza, calzones and other Italain dishes.
I had driven past this little restaurant dozens of times and finally tried it. I WILL RETURN! The portions were generous and tasty. We enjoyed all the memorabilia on the walls. Tea was excellent - the glasses were pretty heavy though!
A family-run place with great pizza, great salads, good spiced tea. l suggest you try them instead of the "chains". Not "fast food" and worth the wait!
Their spagetti sauce (with meat) is soooo good and they have a really good turkey po boy. Wish it had it's own stand alone building so the atmosphere would be as nice as the food.

I love Notini's. You have to get the tea, it's just very refreshing. You can also purchase a gallon of it to go if you would like. I always order the small Italian salad, child's spaghetti with meat sauce (because the portion size is just enough for me) and extra bread. They have pretty good pizzas too. I can't remember what day of the week is the all you can eat spaghetti, but to me the portion sizes are large enough that you wouldn't even need a second plate. This is one of my favorite restaurants in Bossier City. Their spiced tea-WOW!! I purchase a gallon of it to take home with me every time I visit! Their pizza is old-fashioned and amazing. The muffalettas are great, my fav being the turkey muff. This is not a "table service" restaurant, you order at the counter and wait for your number to be called. When you need a refill of the yummy tea, you walk to the counter with you glass. Very casual, relaxed and comfortable atmosphere.
