Dave gave me a noon to 2:00pm arrival window and showed up right at noon. He was quick, efficient, knowledgeable and had a new water heater installed in no time.
Joe in the office was very helpful and professional. He explained in detail how the work will be completed. Manny the technician was prompt, professional and courteous. He also explained in detail the work he needed to complete and the maintenance upkeep that is needed. Both Manny and Joe were able to answer all my questions. I am a happy customer.
