I ordered a cake through DoorDash and the Dasher delivered the wrong item. I called the store directly and the woman (regretfully didn't ask her name) was so overwhelmingly kind, had already realized the mistake and was simply waiting on my phone call to give her the address (they did not have this since it was ordered via DoorDash) and re-sent the correct cake out immediately. Perfect resolution since today is my best friend's 30th birthday. Thank you so much, Naperville staff!
The cakes were delicious! Loved the frosting and all the different flavors were amazing!
I got the new Dubai chocolate bundt cake and I was very disappointed. There was barely any pistachio filling. There was literally one teaspoon of filling. The bundt cake was just a chocolate cake with little filling. I come here occasionally and their bundt cakes have always been good, but this one just missed the mark. If you’re going to advertise a dubai chocolate cake, then make sure it has the pistachio filling.
Today was my first time coming to this location and the young lady that greeted me was not really friendly. She immediately asked me what I wanted without any suggestions or anything. So I got my order. Then a family comes in after me and she’s obviously very cheery and welcoming to them. She even offered them a sample of chocolate cake.
