Unfortunately during my experience today around 3pm, I was left waiting left waiting at the cash register for 10 minutes with no communication as to if someone was going to assist me or not. There were 4 patrons behind me waiting as well, one with child. I had to yell “excuse me” to get someone to come from the back, then the lady who came out she was short and had an attitude as if I was bothering her for expecting her to do her job. Better than Georgetown Cupcakes IMO
I've came here twice and had to deal with the same worker and every time it's about money. Sydney or whatever her name is gave me problems both times about having exact change. Today I told her just keep whatever change was leftover. Idk if that's in their policy or whatever but it's dumb no one has time to count out exact change when they don't pay with a card.
The employee by the name of “Ray” was super nice and welcoming. Although it was very busy he still managed to take care of me and all the customers. He was very quick and polite and made each customer feel acknowledged despite the rush. Great customer service like this deserves recognition! Thank you Ray!!!
