I wish I could give this establishment and its owner Alex 10 stars! 🌟 Not only do they have the best cakes, clean and tidy store but their customer service is outstanding! They listened to my concerns for a birthday cake and were very kind and patient, giving me helpful solutions for a very special day. Everything was DELICIOUS. I’ll be back soon! I want to sincerely thank Alex (Manager) at Nothing Bundt Cakes in Decatur, Ga for providing outstanding customer service. My brother purchased a strawberry cake for our mom's birthday from a location near his home. Unfortunately, the strawberries must have been bad because the cake didn't taste right, and my mom wasn't able to enjoy her birthday cake. I received three bundt cakes for my Birthday. It was horrible. Tasted like sweet foam. I had red cake, carrot cake, lemon. I could not tell the difference between them. I could literally smash the cakes down with my hand, and it bounced back. This is not cake. Yes, I am a baker, that's how I know. I don't want another order or anything. Thanks for your attention to this matter.
