I ordered bundlets online. Everything was ready for me when I arrived. They were a hit at a family dinner!
The limited time turtle cheesecake bundt was delicious. I bought 2, but wasn't aware it was only a week out from them disconnecting the item. I hope they bring it back soon. Second visit was an online order for the strawberry for my director's birthday. The item was ready at the time they estimated, staff was just as friendly on my first visit. The cake did not disappoint! I highly recommend this location.
I placed an order online. When I arrived at the shop to pick it up, it was obviously not ready. The owner or manger (who kept claiming he ‘runs a tight ship’) did nothing to help the poor employee who was in back, clearly assembling my order. I was told they were ‘wrapping my package’. There was no wrapping, and they neglected to affix the decorations I paid extra for, and didn’t include the card either. I was embarrassed to open the box at the party to find it wasn’t what was ordered. Awful, awful customer service.
The two lovely ladies at the store that day were GREAT!!!
It was perfectly delicious as always. I didn't rate atmosphere since it was delivered
