I placed an order for a birthday with the Altamonte store via online for delivery. I requested a certain delivery time. After 15 minutes being late, I called the Altamont store and they said they don’t even have a trace of my order even though I gave him my order number and she said that she would be happy to take the order again, but I would have to pay again. I’ve purchased from the Nothing Bundt Cakes stores in Lake Mary and Altamonte, and I always receive exceptional service. On May 30, I picked up a graduation cake for my daughter—actually, she was the one who picked it up herself. She was delighted with the warm service, the kindness of the staff, and especially the generosity and empathy of Tricia, the manager. Her leadership is evident in every detail. The stores are spotless and have such a welcoming vibe. I absolutely recommend both locations!
Warm welcome into the shop. Beautiful displays with many options. 3 size options for cakes. They are all so good, so hard to choose. Very nice staff!!
