I called in to order 2 cakes after Midland’s location canceled my order last minute. They had my cakes ready in less than 30 mins. Great customer service!
Ordered two decorated cakes yesterday along with two dozen decorated bundtinis for coworkers birthdays to find out once the cake was cut that it was not what I had asked for. I called and spoke with Daliza that took my order and she was not helpful whatsoever. Initially when she took my order she only rang up one dozen bundtinis so I had to run my card again. Google has this location and Midland open on Sundays at 1pm. So I placed an online order for Sunday. I called at 2pm and the recording states Closed on Sundays! So disappointed. I won’t leave a 1 star so a 2 it is!
Placed a cake order last minute for my daughter and within a couple hours later the cake was ready! Second time here and the cake is moist and delicious definitely recommend! Pictured below is an 8 inch cost $43.99
They were extraordinarily kind to me today. And there's simply not enough of that in the world. I missed picking up my order by 2 days and they redid it for me. So it made my birthday buntlet just a little bit more special
