Just ordered a cake and needed it in a few hours. I was so fortunate to speak to Jose because he was so insanely patient, and kind on the phone I wish I could have given him 10 stars! The funny thing is, Oak Lawn was closer but I will always order from this location, because Jose gave me such a great customer service experience! Thank you so much Jose!
I called to place an order with this franchise in LaGrange, IL. The guy took my information. Then had to ask the manager something about delivery. He left me on hold for 25 minutes. I called back and proceeded to get a woman who basically lectured me for 10 minutes on their process and said their policy is to take part of an order when they are busy and leave you waiting or call you back when THEY HAVE TIME.
