The service is atrocious. I had a pre-order for 2 bundlets, nothing crazy. Walked in to a store with 5 customers waiting, not an employee in sight. Stood there for a solid 5 min before one came out from the back gave someone their order, asked for the next and disappeared again. Another 5 min goes by, a different employee comes out, asks for anyone with a preorder and without looking around the guy that came in after me, jumps up to the counter...whatever, I was raised better. If you’ve never had one of their cakes, you are missing a real treat! They are heavenly!!
Amazing cakes consistently! The service isn't even needed because all I can see is ME EATING THEIR CAKES. They could curse me out, but I wouldn't realize it because my adhd brain is climbing walls and stepping on people's tables to get to the CAKE!!! But they are nice...from what I can recall. Lol. They do need spoons to go because I'm forced to pick those suckered up and inhale them so that not 1 crumble, NO NOT 1!, is wasted!
Their 8 inch Bundt cake is barely 6 1/2 inches. They decrease the size, but the prices is the same.
