I went into the store today under the assumption that it would be busy, (as most should as it is a HOLIDAY!!). and i just couldn’t believe how rude and disgusting some of the customers were! I want to give recognition to the young man and woman that were trying very hard to get the orders out to the crowded store and keeping their composure with everyone. I just drove 1hour to get a bundlet and to get to the counter for the guy to tell me they were not frosting or selling anymore today! It was not even 7 ( closing time) they were busy of course but to tell me they weren’t selling anymore, not to mention my mother and daughter got theirs but not me??
The service is atrocious. I had a pre-order for 2 bundlets, nothing crazy. Walked in to a store with 5 customers waiting, not an employee in sight. Stood there for a solid 5 min before one came out from the back gave someone their order, asked for the next and disappeared again. Another 5 min goes by, a different employee comes out, asks for anyone with a preorder and without looking around the guy that came in after me, jumps up to the counter...whatever, I was raised better.
