I’m currently in the store and noticed that certain people get spoken too, certain people are told about the buy one and get one free survey that’s on the bottom of the receipt. And I had to ask for a bag for an 8inch cake that was ordered with decorations. The staff needs training.
This was my first time visiting this location and definitely my last. I typically will purchase bundt cakes from the pop ups at my job or in the farther south suburbs. I happened to be in the area and stopped by this location. The associate Nicole was consulted due to a question regarding the punch reward card. Her response was very curt and quite frankly rude. The people that work here are always cheerful and polite. And I love the red velvet bundt cakes!! My grandchildren are more adventurous than I am!! LOL!!!
