OMG!!! Not only is the cake delicious the customer service at the Oak Lawn location is top notch. I received the best service here yesterday and I am blown away by how effective and efficient this business is run. Not only are they good at solving customer issues, they’re fast, and the process was easy and left me feeling good afterwards. Thank you for sharing your deliciousness and kindness with us all.
Literally spent $56 getting cupcakes and cakes as a thank you gift and when I asked for them to put it in a bag, they don’t have any, and I also asked for tamper proof stickers on the side and they refused. “They can’t do that.” Seriously? I spent $56, how much do the stupid tamper proof stickers cost? So that’s $32 in cupcakes going in the literal garbage because I can’t guarantee they aren’t tampered with. Love this place. Wonderful staff and the cakes are so fresh and delicious.
Ordered a dozen buntinis and they didn't have frosting on them. Extremely disappointed as these were a birthday gift for someone. The box was sealed, so it wasn't discovered until we were at the party.
