It's very unfortunate their customer service isn't very good anymore. We got their mini cakes delivered and had a lot of trouble with the order not arriving. When it did arrive, they were all messed up like what the photo shows. When my mom was on the phone with the store, they didn't want to make it right for us and said we have to go through the delivery driver and they couldn't do anything. Was having a challenging day. Barely made it in time to pick up my order. I ended up going to the wrong location. The staff was so friendly, helpful, and immediately took action to help me. They went above and beyond. They made my day better, and the dessert was delicious! Thank you for your kindness and great service.
