First timer and I must say wow! Bundt cake is a favorite of mine. The variety was outstanding; it caught me completely off guard. Love the different flavors you can choose from. It made my heart so happy. My service today was phenomenal and engaging. I felt so welcomed. I was given time to choose what we wanted with no rush & I definitely signed up for their loyalty program. I had a very disappointing experience at this let location. The staff were rude and showed no interest in providing decent customer service or following the brand’s standards. Their lack of professionalism made it clear that customer care is not a priority here. I won’t be returning.

I’ve been ordering from Nothing Bundt Cake for 3-4 years now and I was so happy when a location opened in Peachtree Corners. I’ve been ordering from them at least once a month since they’ve been open but I just had a bad experience. I ordered & paid for a dozen of the Bundtinis to pick up this evening but unfortunately the event I ordered it for was rescheduled and I called the store to explain and see if I can change the pickup date since I already paid for it and they said no.
