What a GEM! I bought the assorted Bundt cupcake bundle for a NYE party and they were a HIT. Absolutely delicious. And the customer service is exceptional. Such warm & kind employees. The location is an adorable little shop. Highly recommend.
Summer, the cashier was so kind, cheerful & helpful! I tried the limited edition biscoff mini bundt cake and it was pretty good & moist, it lasted me about 3 servings because it is super sweet. Would definitely be back because the service was so great.
I walked in about 4pm on Sunday 10/12 and the young lady working was very friendly. She helped me choose a dessert to bring to a dinner tomorrow, going over all the options with me. A great addition to PTC.
First timer and I must say wow! Bundt cake is a favorite of mine. The variety was outstanding; it caught me completely off guard. Love the different flavors you can choose from. It made my heart so happy. My service today was phenomenal and engaging. I felt so welcomed. I was given time to choose what we wanted with no rush & I definitely signed up for their loyalty program.
