I ordered a 10in cake, we opened it 2 days after picking it up and it was significantly smaller than any 10in I’ve ordered from them before. I called and spoke with the manager and explained the girl who helped me was unable to find my order when I came in, then asked me if I had any decorations on my cake. When I told her no, she went to the back to get a cake and handed it to me. I should’ve checked it before leaving. I purchased 2 bundle cakes and then remember I had a free bundling for my birthday. The person at the counter refused. The owner came out and was even worse. I have never had this horrible customer service after I actually purchased something. I won't be going back.
We had Nothing Bundt Cakes bundtinis at our wedding and it was a crowd favorite! Perfect for weddings because we didn’t need plates or silverware. Highly recommend!
