I bought a miniature Bundt cake and they didn’t even put it in there. My birthday is tomorrow. Hopefully they get my refund for 675 back.
Gina & Veronica saved the day! It was my coworker’s birthday, and we were so excited to celebrate her with a Bundt cake. When our order arrived, we realized cupcakes were delivered instead 🥲 Just as I was about to call the store, our front door rang and it was Gina and Veronica holding the correct birthday cake! We were beyond happy. They even let us keep the cupcakes as a gift for the inconvenience. Amazing customer service! Thank you again we’ll definitely be reordering soon

Cakes are delicious but the young ladies are a bit awkward/weird when it comes to customer service. They're not rude but very dry and they act like a deer in headlights when customers walk in. They may need more training on how to make people feel welcome when they come in.
