This location is the closest to my home, but the customer service keeps me from visiting as often as I would like. The young ladies at the front are not welcoming or accommodating, which creates an uninviting experience from the moment you walk in. Since they are the first representatives customers interact with, I believe additional customer service training would greatly improve the atmosphere and overall experience at this location.
Cakes had no flavor because it contained too much sugar
This location was great. Unfortunately I needed a cake last minute, literally when they were closing. I called because I was going to arrive right at closing and they were really nice, helpful, and helped me to get the cake. They weren’t rude and ensured I didn’t need anything else. They truly went above and beyond. The cake was soft and flavorful and I cannot express my gratitude enough.
I bought a miniature Bundt cake and they didn’t even put it in there. My birthday is tomorrow. Hopefully they get my refund for 675 back.
