The person who worked there was very nice and attentive. Clean and organized inside.
I had to throw an entire cake away after finding a long hair inside it. I contacted both this location and corporate, but never received a response addressing my concern. I was extremely disappointed and honestly disgusted by the lack of quality control. I don’t usually leave reviews, but in this case, the situation and the lack of follow-up show a clear lack of care from both this location and corporate.
Anissa was super knowledgeable and helpful. She recommended a cake that I absolutely loved and she took care of me on my birthday! The white chocolate raspberry is to die for.
Such a delightful experience at this location, Courtney H. was friendly, knowledgeable and had great customer service. I thought they were out of Oreo cookies and cream but she had them ready to replenish the shelves. The ambiance was cute and sweet. I would definitely recommend this location if you are in the area or looking for something sweet. Also the cakes were delicious and moist. Thank you for such great customer service! I will be returning.
