The frosting or whatever they call it is bland and the same for every cake, there is no variety. The service sucks, there is always a long line, and it is not because the cake is good, it is because they don't have enough cashiers. They don't even have someone to answer their phone to take your order, you have to leave a number for them to call you back. Really?!
Do NOT come to this location!! Their customer service is absolutely despicable! I've been a fan of Nothing Bundt Cakes for decades and every shop I go to are always extremely helpful and organized but this one. This location is where I've been coming monthly to get our office monthly bday cakes for our staffs' birthdays. I have been a loyal customer to say.
