Edit: I sent my concern to the nbc listens & never heard back! My husband purchased a cake for me & went I took a bite it was soggy & partially frozen. He sent in a complaint & was credited a new cake. I went to pick it up to make sure it looked like bread rather than a gooey brownie and from the outside I confirmed it looked great. I did an online pick up order and it was great. It was ready at the exact time and the NBC worker provided great customer service. I can again today and it was pretty busy but the ladies assisting me were nice!
I recently visited for a pickup and was extremely disappointed with the customer service. After waiting for 15 minutes, the cashier, who was red hair and is overweight, ignored me and allowed other customers to skip ahead of me in line. I felt disrespected and overlooked. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses this behavior to ensure future customers receive the attention and respect they deserve.
Just tried this place for the first time. I had the Carrot cake and the Caramel Apple and I have to say, the Caramel Apple is the BEST TASTING CAKE I HAVE EVER HAD! These cakes are worth much more than the little bit they charge. MOST DEFINITELY WILL BE BACK REAL SOON!!!
