This is my favorite dessert place ever and staff is always so wonderful!! I especially love the decorations inside!
Nothing Bundt Fees&Taxes. I had to stop and reread my receipt multiple times because it looks so ridiculous. -Online service fee. Because screw me for trying to make things efficient for both of us and not just showing up demanding cakes. -"Bundtlet Tax". which I can't find on a schedule of fees so I imagine this is sales tax and I'm pretty sure it should be titled as such on a receipt. -Service fee. Because why not. This wasn't a lot of money but it's also not a ton of cake.
Manager refused to take a coupon that had nothing in the fine print about using the coupon toward limited time cakes. It was buy one get one free and her attitude was horrific. Please sort this store out immediately.
