Food is good; service is lackluster. I spent $100 on 24 tiny bundt cakes and ask for a couple to-go containers since I didn't think all the cakes would be consumed. The staff said, "they cannot sell containers". I responded I didn't want to buy them, I wanted a couple considering I just gave them $100. They refused to give me any to-go containers. I wish I had listen to the other reviews about the shoddy service here and spent my money elsewhere where the people are nicer and the service is helpful.

The shop and staff along with the cakes are amazing
You can tell they take pride in cleanliness and having it aesthetically pleasing to the eye. This shop is absolutely adorable walking in. Everything's placed in a way where it makes it easy for the customer to see their products, if they want anything custom made or simply just buying other merchandise related to special occasions. We were greeted walking in and we told Jaya we needed a minute since we haven't been to one of these stores in a while. This is directed at Nothing Bundt Cakes Corporate/Customer Service, not this specific location. HORRIBLE customer service. They wouldn't award me points for an order I placed online through my account because I didn't have my original receipt. I provided my order number, which clearly proved my purchase, and they still wouldn't honor the reward points. Customer service goes a long way to retaining customers and improving experiences. Their customer service SUCKS, and I will not be using them again.
