Service seemed good in store, but they switched out my buntini order for bundlets and charged me accordingly (double the cost). Their only resolution was a 10% discount for their store. When I pointed out I live 800 miles away from their store and was temporarily in town, the miscommunication was blamed on me. Pretty sure after speaking with the associate for over 5 minutes about "buntinis" specifically, I didn't miss-key my own order into the register. Check your orders and receipts carefully.
Kayla, the manager was extremely rude. I called to let them know about an issue with one of their cupcakes, not only did she not offer a resolution but was extremely rude and hung up on me. Extremely unacceptable especially since I was nothing but polite and kind. Will be passing this along to corporate however will not be repurchasing here as a customer any longer.
Yummy cake and looks beautiful. Great addition to any celebration. Staff were very nice.
