Placed an order for delivery. Was delivered to the wrong address. No worries. Called the store back and they were extremely helpful. They were able to remake my order and have it delivered again in a timely manner. I expected not to be charged twice, but I was. No big deal, at all, honestly. Ordered a cake delivery for my mom for Mother’s Day, and the cake was left on the porch in the heat without any notification. Because I never received any confirmation that it was delivered, I asked my mom if she received it and she said not yet. She went to check outside and saw the cake on the porch, so it’s unclear how long it was sitting there. Placed an mobile order and my items were ready at the time I needed them. Ms. Robin was a delight at the counter. Can't wait to try the 2 new flavors.
FYI: This location does not participate in the Buy One, Get One email coupons! Our experiences at the Sandhills location have been mixed. We’ve gotten some good cakes, but we’ve also had three visits where the cakes were very dry and didn’t taste fresh. The customer service is okay, nothing spectacular. The employees are cordial, but not particularly friendly. The store is very clean though! We’ve had better, consistently good experiences at the Harbison location and would recommend them over the Sandhills location!
