When I came in the staff was very friendly. A girl named Zoe helped me and showed me how to download the rewards app. She was very patient and showed excellent customer service. All the staff were nice, the place was clean and well taken care of. I got the red velvet cake and it was delicious.
So the cake is really good, and I'm good paying for my product. But then you want charge me a fee for service on top of the already high end prices of your cake. I just find it offensive that it's for keeping up your website that i can order from. So I won't order. These extra fees are getting out of hand. What happened to bundling the cost of doing business into the price of the product I'm paying for?
This is our new routine. My hubby gets allergy shots nearby, then we take in a movie, and then stop at Nothing Bundt Cakes to get something sweet to take home. As retirees, little routines like this give us something to get out of bed for; something to look forward to (except no one looks forward to shots, hence the fun stuff.)
I ordered a delivery order and they accidentally forgot one of my gluten free bundtlettes. I called and they immediately told me they’d have the missing one sent at no charge and ended up giving me an extra one as well. Incredible customer service that went above and beyond. I was already a nothing Bundt cake fan, cause how could you not be with these incredible cakes but the staff at this location made me a customer for life.
Just went in and had the most wonderful experience!! Thanks to the brunette customer service gem at the counter!!
