Good flavors but way too sweet.
I went in expecting to buy a fresh cake for dinner, but was really disappointed with my experience. The cake I was sold turned out to be completely frozen and rock hard. Since it was already packaged, I didn’t think to check - and no one mentioned that it was frozen or needed time to thaw. It was embarrassing to bring this to dinner and not be able to serve it. Worst experience ever. We were 2 mins away from picking up the cake and they told me the manager makes no exceptions and could not leave the cake outside even though they confirmed it was my order and that it was paid for. Ruined my family’s birthday party. Such a shame. I loved and been coming to this place for such a long time and years . I never purchase from them ever again for ruining this.
