To find the perfect recipe, you first need the perfect ingredients. And that's what our founders Dena Tripp and Debbie Shwetz were for each other. In 1997, they joined forces, or better yet kitchens, to help make cakes to entertain their friends. The cakes they made were delicious, unlike anything anyone had tasted. I was a bit disappointed with the cake I purchased this time. It didn’t seem fully baked and tasted like raw batter. Additionally, the 8-inch cake felt more like a mini cake, as the height wasn’t what I expected. As you can see a deck of cards is taller. I hope this was just a one-time issue, as the cakes are usually pretty good.
