To find the perfect recipe, you first need the perfect ingredients. And that's what our founders Dena Tripp and Debbie Shwetz were for each other. In 1997, they joined forces, or better yet kitchens, to help make cakes to entertain their friends. The cakes they made were delicious, unlike anything anyone had tasted. Excellent customer service
Pam is so very welcoming and courteous. She informed me of promotions and special cakes at this time. Great atmosphere. Very happy to come here.
I've visited this establishment many times, and Tori has consistently been helpful and kind. She always greets customers with a great attitude and truly seems like a sweetheart. I believe she's genuine, and it's unfortunate that some people speak negatively about her. Perhaps they have personal issues or misunderstandings. Tori is always willing to help, and just because someone doesn't say "happy birthday" doesn't mean it's fair to speak poorly of them, especially in a professional setting.
We visited the store and ordered two bundtlets, Tori was the cashier. She was courteous and once I presented a company emailed birthday coupon she completely changed her demeanor, asked to see my ID and couldn't hide her displeasure to see it was in fact my birthday. Tori girl, learn to tell your face. She definitely was more interested in interacting with the person behind us who was buying a more expensive item.
