I received a coupon to buy 1 get 1 free through my email with the code on the email, but because it wouldn't scan they stated they would not honor it and that their hands are tied. I will not be doing business here anymore if you cant honor your own coupons
Customer service is not good. The older woman is rude and there is tension in the store. In a bakery? Come on. I won't be going back to this one. She was rude the last two times I was there. I feel bad for the young people who have to work with her.
The cakes I purchased, while it’s not comparable to a traditional homemade pound cake, it’s an acceptable alternative. Unfortunately, the customer service falls below expectations, and the service is slow. If you’re looking for quality customer service and a fresh, tasty cake, you’re better off baking your own or getting more value for your money with a grocery store–bought cake. Strawberry cream bundt cake was to die for...yummy. I'll be back for more flavors
So I was driving and seen this. I had only seen this bunt place in Maryland. I decided to stop. I got the strawberry and cream cake. I asked for a fork, you do not give utensils. That was cool. I stopped at Wawa . When I bit into the cake it was partially frozen. I was shocked. I get if things are premade. But I would have liked a for warning to let it unthaw. The taste of a frozen cake was pretty gross. When it thawed it was pretty good but I could not get the frozen taste out my mouth so I just gave it to one of my kids.
